Your dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company.  Our office is not a party to that contract.  We strive to provide as accurate an estimate as possible and are committed to assisting you in maximizing your benefits.

Although we do our best to estimate what portion of the fee your insurance is expected to pay, all fees ultimately the patient’s responsibility.

You are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
